MCSharp Could not create socket connection. Please help

Yes as the Headline says, im trying to run a creative minecraft server but when ever i open the server it says
"MCSharp Could not create socket connection. Shutting Down" Please help i realy do not know what to do.

I had the same problem as you. I changed the port number and it worked. Try it.
