minecraft says my graphic card is outdated but ive just updated it?

so alot of people have been having this problem and i'm one of those people. now there is no point in telling me that minecraft doesnt work on windows 8 because i'm still on windows 7. ive literally tried everything! ive updated everything a billion times but still it doesnt work! if this helps here is a link to my computers information on video and graphic cards: http://paste.ubuntu.com/11865612/

Is the PC a fresh install?
I'm not sure about the requirements of MC for cards but it's worth noting your computer is just using the processor for graphics.
