Hunting monsters and finding abandoned chests has never been more rewarding! Now you can find items similar to that of Diablo, World of Warcraft, and other well-known loot systems: color-coded rarity system, with rarer items having more powerful abilities. Items now have traits and powers that go above and beyond that of vanilla Minecraft enchanting, with the rarest of items holding God-like powers! In addition, you can also find unidentified items/identification tomes to create new items altogether, as well as items with gem sockets and gems to go with them, allowing you to customize your gear to fit your needs!

HEROBRINE
The Herobrine AI plugin is active on Murdercraft! Herobrine himself wanders the world, hunting players, digging caves, building temples, and seeking to send the unwary traveler to an early grave! Be cautious, as you never know when or where he may strike!

MOB ARENA
Want to test your skills and train your abilities further? Try out MurderCraft's Mob Arena! Select your class and fight wave after wave of enemies to earn loot and prizes! Fight along side other players, or go it alone for the ultimate test of your prowess!

ADMIN-BUILT DUNGEONS AND LANDMARKS
To further immerse players, and to truly make this world our own, the admins of MurderCraft have taken the time and effort to personally create dungeons other features for players to discover in their explorations! From forgotten shrines, to freezing ice palaces, all of these dangerous zones are marked with regions and admin-accessible warps to allow for easy restocking of the treasure chest that awaits the bravest of explorers! Other features include the Fallen Stars: mystical crystalline meteors that have collided with the world, providing invaluable rest zones for players as the soft glow of the Stars heals any and all wounds! More dungeons and landmarks are constantly being added to the world, so keep checking in at the Adventurer's Guild for updates!

HIDDEN LORE AND STORIES
To turn MurderCraft into a living, breathing world that exists even when the player is not present, we strive to add as much storytelling and lore to the world as we can! Uncover the remnants of the doomed expeditions of the Caldera Mining Company, or delve into the hidden secrets left behind by the ancient and evil Ender Cult,as well as other exciting stories for the player to discover!

The world is open-PvP aside from Sanctuaries and safe zones, so play the game as a heroic warrior seeking to help out your fellow players, a murderous assassin that aims to cut down others for personal gain, a treacherous thief who betrays others to gain access to their belongings, and any other way you can think of! Just remember, reputations tend to stick, so player-to-player interactions may very well change the way the entire world reacts to you. Take care to keep relations the way you are comfortable with!
