i cant acess the chests in my build nor build or destroy anything i need help!!!

That's normal. The old map's been put into Read-Only mode and nobody can change anything to it
People can request their builds moved by MrSnowGlobe to the new map
Also, the Edit button exists for a reason

You can now MOVE your home. Please carefully read the following;

Also please be sure to use the x, y, and z coordinates, and if possible add a photo of your places.
Eg.
From Old SMP
x: -166.65755
y: 71.000
z: 115.54985
To New SMP
x: -67.66679
y: 75.000
z: -143.48828
It will make it a lot easer for MrSnowGlobe to locate rather then with just a y z coordinates and no clue as to your place is in the New or Old map. Keep all details description brief and to the point as he have so much to do as it is.
