I just bought it, but my computer isn't letting me download or play it in browser. When I try to download it using the first link, I get this:

When I use the second link, I get this:

I'm not computer savvy enough to know what the hell it's telling me! Any help is much appreciated =]

I was actually just informed about 20 minutes ago that java is blocked on my computer xD Hasn't always been, so I'm not sure why it is, but that should be relatively easy to fix. Thank you!

Ok so i cant use either link for windows... and now my browser link is messing up! I would love to download it so i dont have to worry about using my internet browser to play anyway. My java is working but the only thing i can think of is that i have the wrong update of java. I was playing on the browser so i doubt that is it. I need help...

Hey, I have almost the same problem. When I go to minecraft.net and click to download minecraft.exe, I get the options; save or save as but not run. When I click save it says minecraft couldn't be downloaded. I have the latest version of Java. Can someone help?! Please respond to ryanyeary99@gmail.com

Maybe it's java it's often java problems with Minecraft update it if u haven't
