Need help with Multiplayer game via Uberminecraft

Hi everyone - i'm new and having a problem i hope someone can help me with.
I have Minecraft on PC and when i go to multiplyer via Uberminecraft server the other players keep on freezing. Anyone have any ideas. Would REALLY appreciate to sort it out for my son. He thinks it's jyust a wifi issue but it the wifi seems ok and "Good"

No its a PC not laptop -
No its a PC not laptop - although we have tried it on a lap top to see but the other players are still static or barekly moving. Thanks anyway

Assuming you're on a laptop, try plugging in an ethernet cable and use that instead of Wifi
