I am a programmer and have made a few mods for different minecraft servers.  I currently am making virtual device drivers at National Insterments.  Anyway if we do need any mods I will make them personally and they will not give anyone advantages.  They will only be to increase communication and group play for example showing who is online and associating a person with a color coordinated team.  Right now I have no plans on adding any block protection.
