So you may have noticed that all staff are now the colour purple. No, they didn't get a promotion, we just flicked the switch our new staff rank (oOoOOo Shiny!)

Part of this change is to make our staff team more user friendly, making it easy for both players and staff to know who the best person to talk to / direct questions to on certain issues.

Jupiter_Ginger, Yenwood & Sonardo have all stepped up to take on the roll of Player Relations. What does this mean? Well it means that they are the best people to talk to about any issues you may have or just want to give feedback!

Deadlypixel Is the best person to direct your Hubworld queries and feedback to.

Spud and Mrsnowglobe are the best people to direct any server issues to.

While these changes do not mean in any way that you can only talk to certain staff about certain things we're aiming to more publicly recognise the roles staff have so you can direct your issues/feedback/questions to the appropriate person faster.
