My noclip works only sometimes, it works in 2 of the servers i regularly go to, and doesnt work in the other 2 servers i regularly go to

Hacks can be disabled by the server admins, and they sometimes choose (or inadvertently cause) the noclip hack to be disabled in the server.
It's just how it is. Sometimes it's to stop people breaking out of spawnjails and such, and they leave the restriction in place even after they decide to get rid of the jail.
