ok i have a bit of a problem creating a custom gui curser

ok so im trying to make my curser a sniper scope, im using paint, and everytime i load it it has this retarded black background behind it....sombody please help

Open it with a program like Photoshop, Fireworks, Paint.NET, Gimp, or something that supports transparency, then remove the black background.
