i tried opening my World of Minecraft client after trying to edit my browser client skin but i put everything back and then i tryrd to play and it didnt work please help

That's exactly why. Note that it says "signer's information does not match signer's information in other classes". It knows that you tried to change something and is denying you access. Re-download the minecraft.jar, and that should fix your problems.
