I've heard that when your on probation you must be online everyday for that set amount or you receive a perm spectator rank. this is a problem for me because my modem will not connect to the internet when it doesn't feel like. i just recently got it working after it was being stubborn all day yesterday. Im not on probation yet nor do i know if Im gonna be but i recently fill out an appeal. if i get approved i don't want my modem to black out and then end up getting a perm spectator rank. if my modem does decide to black out am i doomed to a life of spectating?

Valrosse is right, you will need to post this in the appropriate forum or jump on IRC to catch an executive or owner to discuss your probation. From there, they will present options to you.

If I were you I would post this on your probation, and not on the forums. If you were to post this on your probation there will be a higher chance of the staff seeing it and maybe giving you an exception.
