According to Minecraft Wiki.. it says this about cobwebs
"Cobwebs cannot be obtained, even using Silk Touch, but they are available in creative mode."

Yeah silk touch does not work. You kinda have to be in creative for this one, sorry. I will quote myself from my video :P :
'Unfortunately you can only use this one if you build it while you are in creative mode. There is also a boat technique for quicksand, which you can do in survival, but it is alot worse and very obvious. Various examples can be found on youtube. Otherwise you can just do the same thing but without the cobwebs as I do in another of my videos, which kills the person you trap but is not quite as amusing to watch :P Hope I helped and thanks for watching :)'
