If you buy freemium membership for World of Minecraft Realms and you make a place is it gone/unaccessible until you get another 7 day membership or is it there forever?

By making a place I mean like making another world since you normally can't have a second world until Artist without membership.

Simple answer: No.
The only time it will disable access to a realm is when you purchase a map and the subscription runs out.

not sure exactly what you mean by "make a place"
if you mean, does what you build disappear, then no, you will keep that, you just wont get the benefits of freemium anymore
