edit your run.bat file by right clicking it, look for a line that says "-Xmx800M" and change it to 500, so that it reads "-Xmx500M"

You do not have enough RAM. Also, you could have marked, copied and pasted. Right click->Mark->Select All->Enter, came here Right Click->Paste.
In your run.bat, look for a part of line that reads "-Xmx800M", change the number to about 500, so it then reads "-Xmx500M". You should be able to play then.
