When I load the run.bat file it loads as normal, it opens the page with the servers, but when I load a server this window pops up and says-
org.lwjgl.LWJGLException: Pixel format not accelerated.
How do I fix this error? Please help I'm on a new computer too.

It is probably your java. Completely uninstall all versions and install the latest for your Operating System.

I have my graphics mode (found by right clicking on desktop) (then clicking graphics properties) set to 1280 by 1024 High Color 60 hz. What do you have on yours? Should I change that or is that even what you are talking about?

If no one is going to help me or at least tell me how to re-install my graphics card drivers then ima have to quit minecraft ompletely!!!! I don't want to do that because its so much fun! But if I have to well then good bye!

This error is caused by your graphics card driver. We've got that far.
First and easiest, let's try windows update. Start/All Programs/Windows Update if you're on Vista. Check for new updates there for hardware. If there was one for your graphics card, then great!
If not, try: Start/Control Panel/Device Manager
Go under Display Adapters (expand/plus it), right click one that might be your graphics card (or chipset) and go for "Update driver software".
Also look under "Sound, video, and game controllers" and update any of the graphics-y ones of those.
If all fails, you'll just have to wait until you get a more modern PC.
