Resolved: Help with hacks

Okay, so I did EXACTLY what it said to do for the hacks, and it works, and I can play in the hack window thing, but when I try to use hacks, it doesn't work.
I've had my friends(the hacks work for them) come over to my house and try, but it won't work.
The only place the hacks DO work in is single player, and what good is that?...
