I hope I have the right board

I'm not sure how to exactly explain it. I'm trying to use Cheat Engine to allow me to make water, lava, grass, etc. blocks in single player since OME doesn't seem to work for me. Only problem is, it is bloody hard to find the address that says what block is in which inventory slot. I guess I want IDs to search for (E.G. Block A is 1, so I search for 1. Then I switch to Block B, which is 2, then I search for 2, and keep on doing this until I know the address)
