This is a complain about the server lag :(
i lag ALOT when i join, then it settels down, i get random lag spikes and if i tpa to someone i lag too
The previous server was Nicer, he had less lags and was more cool, now i died 3 Times losing 5 diamonds and other priced things ;(
and no i don't lag, the server lags itself, please fix this

Two, new server move there is always problems also Mr.Snow works in the background giving you a great server that is free of charge, So while that work is in progress at times it will lag.
Three, Tpa lag I get that too, always, I deal with it it is not hard to do it don't tpa somewhere unsafe or when you tpa log out and log back in band-aid solved

Also keep your render distance to short, plus change the graphics to fast if they are at fancy

I don't think you two are reading his post correctly. He's not suffering from FPS lag, he's suffering from lag that is occuring between his connection to the server.
