SMP World Bug (SOLVED)

Okay, so as many of you may know, the SMP world is derping, and refusing to send chunk data to people. The purpose of this thread is to collect as much information on the bug as possible, to maybe help the admins fix it.
1. The NCP plugin spams (trusted) chat with errors about people moving through solid blocks. Was originally glass, but after RyanKnack reset the server, it was all sorts of things.
2. It appears to be the server not sending chunk data, so people fall through the world, but the server recognised blocks are where the users are and tries to teleport them upwards.

I believe SnowGlobe fixed this.

If you look at the F3 menu one can see that the Y or heigth is going up and down rapidly, also, if one goes to a populated warp (/spawn) you can hear other players steps...... Restarting the server worked (at least for a while) the first time... I would guess it is the multiworld server plugin thingy.
