Solved: Hack client is broken, no list of servers

I download the client, and the .jar file, drop the file in lib. Click run, insert login details and the next screen opens up. My friend says there is supposed to be a list of servers, but it is entirely empty.
Updated Java to 6.17, nothing wrong with that.
Running XP.
Computer is not outdated, nothing wrong with that either.
When I enter a server myself and load it, it just opens a singleplayer game, clicking reload gives the error message; Failed to poll device: device is released.
Ideas?

4. Okay.
So why do I not get that server list?

2 single player is the result of blank URL box or the server is offline
3 be sure you login with minecaft data and NOT World of Minecraft data
(data = password/username)
