[SUGGESTION] Upload custom clouds.png for our realms!

As some of you may be aware, it is possible to change your cloud cover simply by editing a file named "clouds.png", which is located in Minecraft Classic's minecraft.jar. My suggestion is, realm owners should be able to upload custom clouds.pngs for their realms in the same way they upload terrain.png, water.png, etc.
