Installing textures easily!

I've been playing minecraft for a long time now, and I really want to make a texture pack. If somebody can give me some ideas, because I'm all inspirationless. Skin ideas are welcome too, but texture packs first please. :) Thanks in advance.

You want it to be 16x16 or 32x32? And do you know an easier way to create a texture?

16x16 would be better because i dont feel like downloading that thing for good textures. XD

Ill work on it in my free time and get started soon. Maybe ill do a couple updates to show you what i have and so you can give suggestions and stuff. :)

I like the idea of waking op on a beach on a island :D and btw i can help you if you want? :D i can help with trees, leaves, sand, animals and bamboo! Reply if u want help :D

I've been thinking a little and I want something more solid. Something like a game or a theme or something. If a lot of people still want this I'll continue my work but I'll also accept other ideas.

i suggest like a tropical island/ jungle theme
