Installing textures easily!

i would like a texture pack with armor like taehls texturepack v 2.5 but cloth more like ezios from assasins creed 2 and i think the diamond armor is hideos
so please improve it.
also the menus from that i like so keep those but the blocks are to dark leave them original exepct for the doors they should look more rpg like and the chests could be better if you can improve the other armors i would be fine with that.
yes i know i didnt spell right or capitilize but it doesnt really matter so suck it up.

i extract minecraft alpha but there is only net and two others so how do i install the texture pack

the cloth armor more like ezios(better hood and the shoulder pads)
the diamond armour is horrible so anything to improve would be good
the menus i want please keep those
the blocks are to dark please have them the original minecraft blocks
i would like the doors to be more like doors in rpgs where thier made of oak and fancier i guess
the chests more chest like(less bland, thier just blocks with a lock)
the other armors are good but could be better if you know how to make them better i would like that
