Very interested in seeing such a thing. Going to be hard since there are so few tile types and Tron has long minimal patterns, please post something when you have a preview version up.
Glad I'm not the only person who thinks of Minecraft when they see Tron.

There is already a Tron Texture Pack out there for ya. You could use that as a base/start/example of what to make. :)
