i totally threw the minecraft.jar in the lib folder though

Did you extract?

So Java wasn't the problem.

Are you sure you extracted the Client files?

k, I'll this step by step.

Go to your desktop and create a new folder.

->Name it anything you want.

WoMClient, World of Minecraft, Client, Minecraft, etc...Anything that fits your liking. For this guide I'll call it WoMClient.

->Now download this:

->Extract the files using WinRar into your WoMClient folder.

->Now you'll need the minecraft.jar file.

http://minecraft.net/client/minecraft.jar

->Extract the .jar file into your lib folder.

If you follow these steps correctly you'll be able to use the World of Minecraft client.

Now,

->Double click Run.bat

->It'll ask for your Username and password. Note: Use your minecraft account and NOT your World of Minecraft account.

-> Since it is your first time, let it load, in short time a list of servers will show up, feel free to use the hacks on any server.

dont extract the minecraft.jar just place it as you get it in lib
