Hey guys, I'm relatively new to the whole idea of Minecraft, but I fell in love with it instantly. I watched a lot of "Let's Play" type videos on YouTube. Specifically the ones by X, JX23, Seananners and Bananapielord. All of them I loved and they looked like a blast to make, so I thought "Why not try it myself?". All in all, that's what I did.

Why Not Play: Minecraft is essentially a Let's Play series. Follow me through my adventures in the Minecraft world. No two videos or series are alike, after all the worlds are randomly generated!

Description:
After facing a few skeletons in the mine shaft, I need some health and quick. The only problem being, I can't find a darned pig anywhere!

Why Not Play: Minecraft EP8 My Glass!
Description:
I show you some changes I've made to my base/fort (still gotta get a name for that!), burn some trees, build a bridge, fight some monsters. This episode is a real hoot!

Why Not Play: Minecraft EP9 The Pit with some S***!?
Description:
It's time to, once again venture into some caves, where my adventures almost certainly end in failure! It's the height of hilarity. The inaptly named Pit of Absolute S*** actually has a very large cave system in it! It's time to explore it, and then of course, die trying.

Description:
I'm back in the caves once again this episode. I face Skeletons, Zombies and Creepers, still no spiders though! I finally have the steel pick that I need to mine the allotrope of carbon that I so desperately need (aka diamonds xP). Hope you enjoy this episode!

Why Not Play: Minecraft EP11 Escaping the Caves
Description:
I need to find my way out of the caves before it's too late. In the end the caves prove to be too intense for my liking and I go for a little adventure away from my primary house. Don't worry, though, I'll be going back, because, as you know, I die very easily :).

Why Not Play: Minecraft - EP12 Skeletal Duel!
Description:
Carrying on just a little after the last episode, I attempt to kill some more evil beginnings. After dying... again, I'm back at my place and decided to further explore the cave from previous episodes!

Why Not Play: Minecraft - EP13 Redstone!
Description:
In this episode I decide to experiment with some redstone wiring. I manage to blow up some TNT and open double doors. Yeah, pretty basic stuff, but that's all I can do at the moment.

I have to thank MoonWerewolf and Corrie695 for teaching me the basics of redstone, thanks guys!

Also, little note, if you watch the game version in the top right hand corner, it changes twice, from 1.2.4_01 to 1.2.5 and then finally to 1.2.6. That's how long it took me to mine redstone, build the room and then properly learn it all xP

Why Not Play: Minecraft - EP14 Nether!?
Description:
I gathered all of the obsidian that I needed to make a portal into the nether, and so, it's time to venture there! I build a small shelter to at least give me some sort of safe haven, then just go out without a care in the world!

Changes have been made to the caves I found. I also dig another layer down in the massive Pit of Absolute Jack S***. Once at the bedrock, I figure it's time to venture out and go exploring!

In this 20 minute long episode, I build my new base... underwater! The format of this episode is a little different to that of previous ones, mainly due to the fact that building this place took a whole tonne of time, and would have been very boring to watch. So to combat this, I sped the video up 4x and did some post commentary.
