Well the title says it all! We are looking for many kinds of staff!
Our community http://www.minecraftnews.net are newly started but we are moving fast forward! We are starting to get organized and are now looking for staff!
So if you have skills like movie making / editing , photoshop , programming , texture / skin maker or are just very good at minecraft or managing forums this is for you!

Sounds really good! glad to see some replies, go to the forums, and read all about it, and apply! and when you make your application, make sure you include some earlier work and we will take it from there, Photoshop and texture skills are very welcome! We could need an official texture maker, and if you like to take a shot at the OP position, start with sending me a PM on minecraftnews.net after you have read the server rules and I will add you to white list and you can check the server out and start with testing to play some on the server that is in question :)

My name is Jeppe Lohman, and i would LOVE to edit/create some sweet movies for your site!
But i will probably need some qualifications, so here they are:
- This year i won a movie award in my city, for the awesome work i did on editing! (Our class + 28 other schools made a movie each.)
- Im VERY energetic! :-)
- Im an actor in my sparetime, so i'm really good at speaking to people. (Last year i played the leading part, in the play Oliver Twist.)
- One week ago, i got a 12, in our english test. (That's the highest grade you can get here in Denmark.)
I've got many more awesome things to tell you, but i don't really you wanna make you bored... ;-)

We have two Video challenges!! Both competitions take place at http://www.minecraftnews.net
Video Challenge - Minecraftnews.net trailer.
Well we are making some video challenges , this challenges will create videos that we will use in the future and these videos must have some kind of relationship with this forum, and the best videos of these challenges will be on the front page of Minecraftnews.net and this video will be a part of our Youtube channel!
So the first challenge - Minecraftnews.net trailer.
So we need a trailer for our community! And the best video made will be our official trailer! this will be shown on the front page for everyone that visit to see! And it will be in our youtube channel.
So what do you need in this video?
*Our logo need to be a part of the movie, if you want access to the logo live you can record it on our SMP server, I will put you on white list if you need our server to record on.
*It need to be clear that it is www.minecraftnews.net that is in focus of the trailer, feel free to experiment with different storys, modes and so on.
*you have free hands, but we are looking for an awesome Minecraft trailer that introduce our community, so have that in mind.
*the movie needs to be hosted on youtube for access to the channel and in the description viewers need to have easy access to our site.

Video Challenge - Christmas o Christmas
Well I guess you have read all about what these video challenges are all about!
Or else read the "minecraftnews trailer" post and see what will happen to your video.
So we are getting really close to Christmas! And ofc we will celebrate this somehow!
And we want a Christmas video to advertise this big moment! So what you need to do is the following:
*A video with a Christmas theme
*Our logo need to be included, feel free to change the appearance of the logo to something more Christmas like.
*It needs to be hosted on youtube so we can include it to our channel and an easy description to our site.
*It need to include that we are gifting 2 Mincraft accounts at the 22 december to members.
*feel free to experiment, you will have access to our SMP server if you need to be creative.

Btw i can make Let`s play minecraft people say im good at teaching and have a good sense of humor but my recording equiment is down :-(

Well I would be glad to have you around the forums! We have many working with different kinds of media! And many players working on different story lines and so on, and me myself are working with much movie editing, but have a more hard time getting story line set up! So your ideas are welcome! we are still looking for staff! It would be cool if someone making a lot of Minecraft images , wallpapers and so on would join the site and apply for the fanart spot! You would maby get a own section on the forums where you could show of your work!
