I was just wanting to build a neat house by the spawn then maybe branch
out from there. I went to buy more claims though and it said I was unable too because I had reached the limit.

There is no way you should have reached the claim block limit already. That's an error.

i've reached it as well, abandoned all claims and the limit is 5000 blocks

Sorry guys, I know there have been a lot of claims issues.
The claims plugin has generated some new configs that don't have a huge ammount of doco done.
This one in particular has been in a little bit of an unconfigured state as we get a full grip on some of the changes in the configs.

It's now 10,000. Seemed like a good starting point for early access. We don't want you guys to own everything, and not let the other players get anything.

10,000 is way more than enough for early acess once that is over will there still be a limit? I have epic plans lol

yea. me and the meeper always seem to have something epic planned. Maybe every week or few days increase the limit a little more until we are at 100k like the old map. that way then everyone is not claiming massive amounts of land right away and will have to wait it out

the limit is 10,000. can't get more than that. only after staff increase the limit will claim blocks once again increase.
