In Win7, there's no "Application Data\[username]\Minecraft" directory. In fact, as far as I can tell there isn't even an "application data" directory. Where are the Minecraft files being kept? I even did a search for "Minecraft.jar" and all that came up was the .jar file for the World of Minecraft client.

Hidden Folder

It's a hidden folder you need to disable hidden folders...

Right-click on the C:\Users\USERNAME folder and check then uncheck the
box for "Hidden"
