Why can't I use winRAR on my Windows7 com? I think I need it to download World of Minecraft client :/

You can also use 7zip, but you also need to run winrar on vista AND windows 7 I believe as an adminstrator. That goes for even if you're logged in as one. Just right click and click on run as adminstrator
