Installing textures easily!

An X64 winter texture pack for minecraft classic!!
Instructions for installing:
1. download the file
2. open World of Minecraft client folder
3. go into "lib" then into "minecraft"
4. IMPORTANT! rename:
rain.png to rain2.png
terrain.png to terrain2.png
particles.png to particles2.png
clouds.png to clouds2.png
5. extract all files from the wintercraft.zip file
6. cut the downloaded files (rain.png, terrain.png, clouds.png, particles.png) and paste them into the "minecraft" folder
7. restart World of Minecraft client
Note: to switch back to the original textures simply cut the rain.png, terrain.png, and clouds.png files
and put them somewhere else and then rename the rain2.png clouds2.png terrain2.png
to rain.png, terrain.png, and clouds.png
(this might sound confusing but its easy to do)

I followed the steps and when I logged on to classic the tex pack did not work. I am still wondering how you restart World of Minecraft and how to get this tex pack active.

Im sorry, I cant help you if you followed all the steps in the correct order.
The instructions worked for other people as well as people I know and
trust, so if you can not do it you must have not done the steps in the right order. And to restart World of Minecraft simply close World of Minecraft then open it again.

finaly someone does txtpacks for classic if im wrong tell me some one that does

These are the simple, no extra junk steps.
1. download the file.
2. open the World of Minecraft folder.
3. double click the "lib" folder
4. double click the "minecraft folder" NOT the minecraft.jar
5. extract the downloaded files.
6. hold down the right mouse button and select all the files.
7. click "cut" in the drop down menu.
8. go into the "minecraft" folder again.
9. right click and select "paste"
10. select the "move and replace option"
11. once that is done start World of Minecraft and connect to your favorite server

you forgot to tell him to rename it "terrain" it will not work otherwise

Perhaps you could change the glass to something that has the normal white borders, you can make the inside whatever but its messing up a lot of creations.
