On the official World of Minecraft Client page, the download link for the Windows Client is broken. I went to the official site (http://www.worldofminecraft.com/Minecraft_Game_Client), but the windows link didnt give me a zip file but just dropped me on the main page (www.worldofminecraft.com). The linux and mac links correctly give me the files.

Maybe he saved it wrong. To save:
1. Click Save As
2. On the left of the browser select Desktop
3. After your browser is on Desktop, click Save.
Wait for the download to finish, then it should be on your computer's home screen

Sorry, i was away from minecraft for a while.
I found out that the link was probably disabled by NoScript. I was able to download it after switching off all my addons.
