World of Minecraft skin fix patch [LOCKED]

Hey, if you haven't noticed, skins no longer work for minecraft classic.
I would like to make a World of Minecraft patcher, which will fix the problem, but I would need to distribute a modified World of Minecraft class file. com -> minecraft -> net -> d.class
The patcher would simply patch the World of Minecraft.jar with the modified class file and fix skins for the user.
Can I have permission to do this?

Skins no longer work for classic, both World of Minecraft and minecraft classic use www.minecraft.net for its skin downloaders so the skins are never downloaded

I just realized that the code I want to modify is part of minecraft.jar and the code doesn't belong to World of Minecraft. I'll ask mojang directly.
