whenever i try to sign in on the client , i click sign in and five seconds later i get a box that says unable to authenticate. your username/password combination may be incorect or there may be no servers to validate your login. how do i fix this?!

Not sure if it helps you, but I've found that that happens if I try to log in again too soon after having just logged in and then, for example, restarted the World of Minecraft client. Try waiting like 15 seconds, and then try to log in again. Does that help?

its just a glitch with it connecting to minecraft.net
so just try again and keep trying for 5 times... if u still cant get on then i cant help

I get this sometimes, when you put in you Username and Password do you hit enter? But anyhow make sure you are typing in you Username and password correctly, for example if your username is ExAMple make sure you put it in as ExAMple not example. (same applies for your password.)

I just joined and this always happens to me. Is it because the servers are full?
I have retyped my user/password repeatedly. I've tried changing my password and still nothing.
Anyone know what I could try?
EDIT: I didn't notice that you had to use your actual Minecraft.net login. It will login fine now... But single-player still doesn't work. Program disappears and nothing happens =(

this happened to me too i asked triddin in facebook and he says to debug the system in this link http://womjr.com/debug I haven't rebooted yet because ill loose all memories in my PC. if you can debug do so if this doesn't work . . .

Seriously, I get this same problem and I'v tried everything everyone has said over the dosens of fourm posts but nothing seems to work, I'v pretty much given up trying to play World of Minecraft.
Even though this seems to be a big problem for alot of people I have yet to see one responce from World of Minecraft on any fourm post.......WTF World of Minecraft.
