A nice idea would be a World of Minecraft mod for classic 0.3 on the new launcher that maybe allows single and multiplayer? Also since it is a mod, maybe it could be accessed by the offical launcher? Ideas anyone?

You can't get classic on the new launcher. Unless i haven't been paying attention to new features :P.
They're actually working on adding all the old Minecraft versions in the launcher. Currently everything after Minecraft 1.0 is available in the launcher already

From what I've seen already DinnerBone has add "Beta & Alpha" verisons to the launcher, and also stated he is trying to get more verisons from Notch. He said he was trying to get verisons of Minecraft before it was called Minecraft. So I could see them adding a single player classic to the launcher :)

They already have done that, and are trying to put in Indev/Infdev and a few post/pre-classic versions in now at the moment. But to access classic on the new launcher you just have to:
1. Click 'Profile Editor'
2. Right Click (On Windows) and click 'Add Profile' becuase the save files are different.
3. Change the Directory so it doesn't interfere with other files.
4. Check the 'Use of Alpha Versions'
5. Scoll down on the 'Use Version' part of the settings.
6. Click 'old-alpha c0.30_01c'
7. Save the profile
8. Play
It only has singleplayer and exiting it may be a little buggy, but with mods we could probally allow multiplayer. There are photos included here, make sure your launcher is version 1.2.1!

Yeah I was just reading about it honestly, hopefully we get Classic back..? I know a lot of vintage players who would play :P

If World of Minecraft realms did come back (with all the same features) I would definitly come back as soon as I could.

But someboady (or some team of people) would have to be able to make a menu and put the features in becuase when you load it, its just like it is online, where it goes straight to singleplayer (Oh, and also I dont think the load world from a file feature works).

Maybe you could change the World of Minecraft classic client to port forward to the new launcher? Just a thought no clue how that would work.

If World of Minecraft did get a classic server, I am guessing it would not be like realms because of the thing that Mrsnowglobe has said time and time again. Reakms takes too many resources up.

I am not sure why the real reason is the Realms is gone, I kept on hearing "Too expensive", "Not Enough Money", "Too Big of a File", and most of all: "The hoster stopped hosting". I sure somebody could host it, even if the file size is large, plus some realms could be deleted after time (not all of course, it took time to make them).

What? that doesn't make sence. You said for classic 3.0. You can't get classic on the new launcher. Unless i haven't been paying attention to new features :P.
