How do I get unbanned?!

I know this is not the right area/topic to write this but in smp.womjr.com I LOVE THAT SERVER BUT I WAS BANNED FOR GRIEFING WHEN I DIDNT KNOW !!! ;[[ HOW DO I GET UNBANNED?! IT SAYS I HAVE TO SEE SPRUDRUS WHO IS THAT?!
