New To Server Op

OK, so I finally got my server up and running with a Flat Grass map :)
Now I'm asking for any assistance about being an Op
I want to be able to add in the commands for:
/cuboid
/lava
water/
etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

I think i found the software.
I think i found the software. ive downloaded it and installed it, . the tutorial that comes with it isnt much help. so i dont know how to use it :s
any pointers?
