(The following is going to be all about NEXUS… we still love you SMP <3)
Well guys, after almost a year in development, NEXUS is finally ready for all to see!
For those of you who don’t know what NEXUS is… stop living under that rock of yours.
But seriously! NEXUS is a one-of-a-kind minecraft creative experience which borrows some attributes from a classic server we hosted a few years ago; World of Minecraft Realms.
So, Open Beta! Here’s what you can expect:
- A 210 x 210 World just for you!
- Access to many cool abilities (Like controlling your world's weather)
- Mirror Mode! Quickly build symmetrical structures!
- Control who can build in your world
- Basic World Edit Access (Requires Rank 2)
- Initial World Edit Tutorial (Available when transitioning to Rank 2)
Now, I’m sure you’re wondering about the details of the ranking system! Well… segue!
In Nexus, the rankings are referred to as Designations. This allows us to get a little creative with the rank/s names but for now we are sticking with numbers (I know… I know… that’s really boring. We’ll think of some cool names eventually.)

As with any beta, everything is a work in progress and should not be considered final. If you encounter an issue, please let staff member know.
To access Nexus, simply use /lobby and walk into the Nexus Portal
Once in Nexus, run /nx home to get started!
Then /nx help for lists of the other available commands!

When I log into Nexus I can't place any blocks. It's says I don't have permission to do that. I also got this error message.

A nexus voting system has now been implemented.
This will determine which world is displayed at /nexus showcase.
Voting lasts approximately 2 weeks, please vote only for worlds that you think are standout and display excellent building skills.
/nexus vote for more info.
Please provide feedback, particularly on the colour scheme. If it's well received I'll probably update the nexus command feedback to look the same.

can you add the ability to use spawn eggs in the NEXUS please. oh and command blocks

Currently neither of those are likely to be a thing,
Allowing spawn eggs would be a lot of work given how we've blocked mobs at the moment.
Any command block use would be so locked down to protect other players that it's not really worthwhile.

With the nexus voting system, it'd be good if you could provide a list of recommended worlds (10-15 worlds) which people could vote on. You could also have a message that pops up telling people to vote on their favourite nexus.

Just a quick update on a minor bug so I don't get a bunch of the same question:
If you're having trouble trusting someone in your world, have the player you're trying to trust log out and back in. For some reason people can't be trusted when it's their first log in to the server.
