Windows XP, World of Minecraft freezing [LOCKED]

When I click [Server], [Description], [Flags], [Users], [Max], or just try to type in the Filter box, the WOM menu freezes, and I have to wait some time for it to unfreeze and actually do what I clicked for (or write what I typed, in filter box's case).

Is there a way to fix it?

Another Problem

My World of Minecraft client is now failing to connect to all servers (including World of Minecraft realms!) and I have no clue why. Some months ago I played in World of Minecraft realms and my client was fine. I also tried re-downloading, and still the same result.

Edit: Nvm, this isn't a World of Minecraft client problem. For some reason I can't connect to a SINGLE SERVER EVEN IN MINECRAFT.NET.

No joy either

I don't think it up to date for the 1.3.1 or 1.3.2 I tried everything with it. Type World of Minecraft SMP clicked this and that. Ended up in a realm somewhere but not to where I wanted to go, World of Minecraft SMP and it up to date for 1.3.2. I'm only doing this so I can fly like all the others.

A fix? A fly?

Hi,

I hope you know the directory where your World of Minecraft client is located because that is very helpful. Here is my suggestion
1. Open up notepad and type in this:
cd C:\wherewomclientislocatedhere
java -D32 -jar World of Minecraft.exe
2. Save that somewhere as Start.bat
3. Open Start.bat like you would a program (double click it)
4. Use a World of Minecraft direct connect URL. Honestly I have no idea what it is i just use the one on my World of Minecraft Realms account page (see below)
Hope this helped,

It didn't

It didn't solve the failing connection problem, or even the freezing one :/

When the client freezes, just wait. When I'm typing I do it one letter at a time and wait about 10-15 seconds per letter.

Well

I know, I just wanted to see if there was a solution so it doesn't freeze, but then found a bigger problem, connection fails with ALL the servers.

Asking for post lock

I googled and found this:
http://www.worldofminecraft.com/content/i-cant-connect-any-minecraft-classic-server-please-help-me , and a person replyed in it with the solution... apparently java 7 ISNT compatible with minecraft classic. Thank you for all the replies.
